These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Succulent Crush & Living Naturally. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms in full.
Payment Options
We currently accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only.
Please email proof of payment to info@succulentcrush.co.za to avoid processing delays. Orders will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Late Payments
Orders not paid within 7 calendar days of placement may be automatically cancelled.
For bulk or customised orders, 30% deposit is required before production begins.
If a payment is reversed, delayed, or dishonoured, we reserve the right to pause processing until payment is cleared.
Delivery & Shipping
We offer both handmade and third-party products, each with different lead times:
Handmade Succulent Gifts
We only deliver plants within a 50km radius of Cape Town. However, all our other products can be couriered nationwide
Under 50 units: Allow 5–10 working days for preparation.
Bulk orders (50+ units): A timeline will be emailed after review.
Beauty & Other Products
Supplied on-demand from local partners.
Usually dispatched within 5–7 working days from our scheduled monthly bulk order dates.
- Free Collection: From our home office in Bellville, Cape Town, by arrangement.
Delivery Terms:
Timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, strikes, public holidays, or high-volume seasons.
All deliveries are considered fulfilled once signed for at the delivery address, regardless of recipient identity.
Shipping costs do not include insurance unless explicitly requested before dispatch.
Coupons
One coupon per customer.
Not redeemable for cash or combinable with other offers.
Expiry dates apply and are stated per campaign.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify coupons at any time.
Return & Damage Policy
Contact us within 7 days of receipt for any concerns.
Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded upon return.
Unwanted items may be returned unopened, at the buyer’s cost, less a 15% handling fee.
Compliance & Consumer Rights
We operate in accordance with South African legislation, including:

You are entitled to clear information, product returns under qualifying conditions, and protection against unfair trade practices.Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, No. 25 of 2002
All electronic transactions with us are legally binding. Customers have a 7-day cooling-off period on non-customised items, starting from the day of delivery.National Credit Act (NCA), No. 34 of 2005
Applies to any credit or delayed payment terms by agreement.
If you believe your rights under any of the above laws have been infringed, please contact us directly or seek recourse through the appropriate regulatory body.
Do We Have a Physical Store?
No. We are an online-only store. However, local pickups can be arranged in Bellville, Cape Town.
Variations
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
